About us
The Hankinson Housing Authority is comprised of a five-member board, appointed by the City Council, that was established in 2006. The Housing Authority owns and manages the two bedroom, two bath Woodland Townhomes located at the intersection of 4th Street NE and 5th Avenue NE as well as The Willows Townhomes tri-plex.
In 2017 and 2018, the Housing Authority constructed and sold three single-family homes on Dakota Drive. In conjunction with the Community Development Corporation they have constructed and sold several single-family spec homes in the new Prairie Pines residential development.
